Museum, icebreaker “Angara”
The ice-breaker “Angara” is one of the landmarks of Solnechny district – it is a museum afloat, the world’s oldest remaining ice-breaker. The vessel was launched in 1900, then used for navigation on the Angara River and Lake Baikal, and in 1990 it was eventually moored and turned into a museum.
